Enrico Bissoli

I have had a training of almost 20 years in study and interpreter using Chinese, English and Italian language written and spoken. I graduated from Venice University of oriental studies, literature and language and I have been working for different schools in China as vocational schools and kindergartens。 I did open my own shop in Wuxi in 2012 specialized in Italian cuisine and pastry, a kind of take-away shop for Italian appetizers. I have had training in working as Production Manager and office administrator, overseeing the productionprocess, drawing up a production schedule, liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals, organize office suppliers, contacts and documents. I’ve also trained in bars and restaurants how to deal with the many aspects of cooperation and organization with and for other people. Now a days i m running and working in my own OSTERIA. Good wine.
